G2V (Graveyard to Vineyard) is committed to helping vulnerable women and students in Bihar move from limited opportunities toward education, skills, employment and self-reliance.

Through the G2V Free Career Pipeline Training Program, eligible G2V members can receive free career-oriented training, mentoring and guidance designed to help them identify their potential, develop practical skills and prepare for further education, employment or entrepreneurship.

Purpose of the program:

Many talented students and vulnerable women have the ability to build successful careers but lack access to quality training, career guidance, English communication, digital skills and professional networks.

G2V aims to bridge this gap.

The G2V Free Career Pipeline Training Program creates a structured pathway:

Identify → Train → Mentor → Prepare → Connect → Empower

The goal is not simply to provide training, but to help participants move toward a realistic career pathway.
